Willy Twitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Postsecondary and Adult Education. Seasoned in academia, he has served as a faculty member at BYU–Idaho, teaching courses in animal handling, equine production, and beef production. Alongside his academic role, Willy is a business owner actively involved in ranching, horse breeding, high-performance horse training, and Leadership Transformation Coaching. He is also the founder of an equine-focused app designed to enhance horse development and training communication for professionals in the industry. As a public speaker and seminar leader, Willy brings clarity and depth to discussions on leadership, animal behavior, and personal development.
Willy is a lifelong learner who has pursued advanced education in leadership development, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology. His continued study of how the brain processes stimuli has deeply influenced his approach to teaching and leadership.
